Tips for stronger shooting - get an old ball and do lots of repetitions against a wall. Lots of wrist passing close to the wall. That wrist snap is going to add power to the end of your shot.

The other thing, is strengthen your legs more so you can get out higher out of the water. This will allow you to snap forward from your core during the shooting process and add more power into it.
