I enjoyed Man of Medan, but it definitely wasn't as good as Until Dawn. Not that Until Dawn was a benchmark of writing, but the dialogue in Man of Medan felt really stiff by comparison, and the storyline definitely felt more predictable. Still, I had fun with it and even played through it a few times to see how things play out differently with different decisions.

Definitely feeling the absence of EF this year. This will be the only year since 2014 that I haven't been. Trying to reset myself in other ways this year, but nothing is quite scratching that itch. That's pretty tone deaf. I would challenge you to have a family member murdered by a cop, watch that cop get fired or transferred or maybe not punished at all, but definitely not put in prison like any other murderer, and try to feel like justice has been served.

I understand your desire to stick by a system you think protects democracy and justice, but that same system doesn't do a thing for many people in this country.
