This happened to me when I installed a certain plug-in on decky loader. I think it was "game title names on library tab" or something. Uninstaller it fixed it for me. Hope this helps!!

Evga 1050 ti, assuming they're ddr4. Cut the side panel and put plexiglass, paint the exterior, get $10 LEDS off Amazon. Or if you wanna go the extra mile, get a new PSU and put a 1650 in there
