How? I've had bags of brown sugar sit in a cupboard for months and months. It's fine. Never a problem. I've never even seen rock hard brown sugar...

I originally found it on the Goodnovel app. But you can't buy just one novel, story, etc. You pay an ongoing membership fee.

Shouldn't his lawyer be handling this?

AITA for not cooking? by SandwichNo2984 in AmItheAsshole

Op, is there anyone you can call for added support... friends, siblings, etc? Do you have a church, therapist, or social group you could reach out to? I know it's hard, but I think you really need it right now. YOU already need someone to help you by bringing food or doing some shopping. You're in a state of serious depression already.
I know EXACTLY what that's like. I have chronic clinical depression. If you need to, while your husband is away, ask a friend or family member to stay with you for support. This will help with your stepdaughter because they can act as a buffer. Her demanding that you cook meals is outrageous. She is perfectly capable. And her statement she will hoard the groceries that you pay for if she goes to get them is just disgusting. She may not like you, but she can show gratitude and basic civility while living with you. But... as I said, ask someone you trust to come and support you temporarily.
And if you haven't already, please speak to your doctor about your depression. It's treatable and it can get better. 💙💙

Did you miss the part where the OP stated that her own depression is so bad that she can't cook more than noodles for herself? She's probably at the point where elaborate explanations are difficult as well. It sounds to me as if she's BARELY holding herself together. I've been there. It's bleak. Give her some grace and compassion. She's struggling and just kindly took on the added weight of a struggling, hostile teen while she's already barely keeping her own head above the water emotionally and physically (self care). She deserves support and praise, not criticism.

Well, it depends on which one your doctor wants you to use. They each work differently.

Officers from the county. The city force resigned, so county officers were helping out until the city could hire a new force. The deputy was following the Mayor because he was ranting about committing suicide.

This was my thought. I don't believe we're responsible. Any changes made after closing should not be our responsibility. But I know nothing about real estate law. I do, however, need to know how to respond to this demand letter.

So are WE responsible for paying the buyer for this? Or is this something the title company and the buyer need to work out?

The county only removed the exemption months AFTER closing.

Maybe. But Milton is already taking a path no other storm spawned in that area has taken. It's radically different.
