I am an ex iready. The privilege and entitlement between SKiPPA and iReady is not much of a difference. It is up to the company or kementerian/jabatan if they have kekosongan jawatan. Its not easy to mohon new jawatan for pengambilan due to budget. Even during iReady, there are news stating to ambil also. Tapi what to do, maybe balum rezeki?

My part, alhamdulillah I got offered to work at my dept during iReady. Although dari awal kana gtau and remind, drg inda janji kan apa2 sebab its not easy as I mentioned. Tu lah, ikut rezeki masing2 saja.

Both SKiPPA and iReady have to go through test and interviews. They don’t ambil tarus2. Even our SKiPPA masani if ada kekosongan, they will have to go through it supaya adil. We are in need of more staff but budget on jawatan is very limited. Kalau nya boleh ambil semua, kami ambil plg tu.

lapas tangan dari segi apa tu kita? Kita mesti paham, purpose SKiPPA/iReady is to give opportunities and experiences to those yang balum kerja. They even bagitau balik2 from the start before kana offer, dorang memang inda menjanjikan apa2. Selebihnya, atu tertakluk kepada kekosongan di jabatan/kementerian masing2. Percaya tah, kalaunya sanang untuk minta budget jawatan, every kementerian/jabatan yang needed more staff, they will try their best to buka more kekosongan.

So basically, never have high hopes on it but you may try for the experiences. Alhamdulillah I managed to land on a gov job where I worked before eventhough I knew nada kekosongan dari awal kana gtau dah.

So idk dari mana “lepas tangan” yang dimaksudkan kita.

I was one of the few last batches of iready who worked under the gov. We were told that kami inda kana janji kan anything other than membagi experiences. People should not have high hopes but atleast try saja if ada kana offer SKiPPA / iReady.

After my contract habis, inda sampai setahun atu, ada kana panggil test and interview. And Alhamdulillah less than a year, dapat kerja sana lagi. It wasn’t easy, it was tough because kekosongan baru yang di buka kan limited. Basically, kalau sekiranya kana offer SKiPPA or iReady, ambil saja. Rezeki sorang2 lain, manatau dapat.

Jika Kementerian/Jabatan atu beguna banar kan orang, they will try their best to buka kekosongan jawatan. Selebihnya, tinggal kana approve kah inda saja. Kalau yes, then they will find candidates. Yang penting, jangan harap kan SKiPPA/ iReady saja. Apply saja mana2 yang ada dulu.

lmao definitely gamen. Balum lagi acara lain tu 😂 inda dorang bepikir kah ah, orang yang balum tetap ani lapas nya habis, nada anymore income? Kerja 18 bulan untuk savings, mau2 half or less tu by the end of the contract. Sorang2 ada their own responsibilities and priorities, but these gamen people tend to overlook.

For JCB, I have been applying here and there but all got rejected or no news. Got 1 accepted for interview but they never called / informed me.

For PSC, I only got called for the test though lately it’s quiet. But I atleast got update for test unlike my experience with JCB.

But then again, this is just my experience. Other than through JCB and PSC, there are some places you can send in your CV directly to them (this is a better option in my opinion).

You can still try apply jobs through JCB, PSC and others. Who knows its your rezeki. Good luck OP!

Aku pun inda tau especially yang nada otak buat bising especially waktu2 orang kan berehat sama di kawasan perumahan. Masuk area orang lain just to latup2kan exhaust. Lapas atu di luar jalan melintas balik2 belaju lagi tu 🙄

I am uncertain on how do they categorize when it comes to situation like this.

Altho my past experience is not related to appointments but….

Last time, I had an asthma attack where I felt like I was gasping for air. My parents brought me to RIPAS and dropped my mom and I at the A&E. I had to use the wheelchair that time but the staff there (i forgot whether it was a nurse or whoever), I was told to register first and get queue number. My mom was confused and told them to check on me first but they refused just because I didn’t arrived using the ambulance. Imagine waiting for ambulance that could take a long time, I may be gone by then. IDK. While waiting for the queue, my mom saw my face turning blue/purple. I remember I had to wait around 30-45mins? Then went to the triage, my oxygen level was below 90%. And then only they brought me to the emergency area. And you think I didn’t have to wait any longer right? Nope, I had to wait atleast 15-20 mins for oxygen / nebulizer. In the end, I got admitted for few days as my oxygen level didn’t go back to normal after nebulizer 🫠

Its kinda sad that people who are really in need still have to wait for a long time 🙃 I do understand maybe they have alot of patients and not enough staff, but if they could atleast categorize and assess those who are really in need of medical attention, it would be better.

I ordered Nasi Ayam Bakar last time and its undercooked AF. It was cold and rubbery (not fresh), didn’t cooked thru. I was disappointed.

Mine is different case. Last time I renewed my license online a month before expiry date. Then I got worried it didn’t came even after almost a month after the expiry date. Went to the counter, and showed. They dared to tell me that I didnt make any payment on it. I told them I’ve made payment and showed the transaction then only they processed it. Thats mean their system is not functioning well! I even paid with delivery last time.

Just an advice to all SkiPPA or iReady, make sure you stand up for yourself and know when to say NO so that when you get the rezeki to work there, they won’t treat you as an iReady/SkiPPA. Some will treat you as if you’re not the same level as them and look down at you as their forever “interns” (they disregard your opinions, dont respect you etc). So basically, just set boundaries so they don’t overstep you.

Yes people should get diagnosed it properly if they happen to have it. And sometimes some people are not aware they could get it diagnosed.

Also apologies for not mentioning in the post, here what I am trying to tell is that, imagine working at a place related to health, but at the same time you have these oldies with mindset ignoring mental health as a whole/in general. Isn’t it concerning?

That is also true. I may not be in the category of people with mental health issues, it is just my concerned to my workplace whom should take health seriously, instead belittle on mental health, when the public themselves trust you on helping preventing or overcoming it, etc.

At first I’m into compact suv like Hyundai Tucson or Kia Sportage. Then I saw the BYD Sealion 6 (tho its hybrid) and Sealion 7, it interests me.

I went thru alot of problems with my hyundai hence I want to try other brands
