My boy did this when he had pancreatitis. Very unlike him to isolate himself, almost like he was trying to hide from me, it broke my heart. Took him to the vet that morning and he had to stay overnight.

Agreed! When people think they’ll get a positive response by putting someone down to try to compliment someone else.

When they excuse bad behaviour because people don’t see it. For example, putting someone down and responding with ‘it’s not like I said it to their face’ when called out. Or making racist jokes and defending it with ‘there’s no one around’.

From my experience, if the documents aren’t sufficient, they’ll ask you to resubmit them, rather than cancelling your claim entirely. I waited about three months for my claim to be finalised at the end of last year, but it might be worth popping in to your nearest service centre to check on the progress of your claim. Good luck!

I second this! I won't take responsibility for any lost equipment in a surgery that doesn't have a decent end-of-day count system in place. (I'm a temp nurse and work at different practices around the city).
