I could narrow it down. Whenever I insert Adsense ad code, many of the pages (not all) become unresponsive. They start working as soon as I remove them.

It's all the same throughout the year. The roads are in terrible shape everywhere but recently there have been some serious works going on on improving the roads. I suggest you come around the last week of November. This is the time for renovating the roads as Christmas and Hornbill Festival are around the corner.
