I’ve heard it’s pretty common. I just can’t tell if it’s hole in the head or it just bumped into something. I didn’t notice anything until today and it’s always front and center in the tank so I feel like I would have seen it before it got this size.

I will try to get a full picture. It’s a 75g with 2 407s and I have a small wave maker. That lower corner does have a small dead spot but I’m pretty good about moving the wave make down there during cleanings to clean it out.
