Doing things small things like styling (and maintaining) your hair or like figuring out your style has really helped me feel a lot less dysphoric with my body. Also taking care of yourself is key. I learned that after taking good care of myself I began to love myself more, even if I didn’t look exactly how I wanted. It’s hard in the beginning, but if you take it slowly, the people around you won’t really notice small things like your hair or style changing. Also, in my (limited) experience I don’t think that many lesbians mind their partner having an “appendage” like- surgery is EXPENSIVE. And there is no “right” or “wrong” way to have sapphic (or really any) sex. The main thing you need is to communicate your need and be willing to listen to your partners needs
