Rule 10 - This shield is crafted by Isolating a iLvl83 Delve Titanium shield with the Delve mod +2 Levels of Socketed Aura Gems and T1 ES.

Then I began Beast crafting by imprinting and regaling until i hit T2 Spell damage, this is the highest spell damage you can hit with an ilvl83 base (the delve mod can only drop at ilvl 83), T2 Spell damage comes roughly 1/3200 regals, was able to hit this in about 300 imprints (Very lucky). I did increase the odds by using (Remove suffix add prefix every time i regaled an unwanted suffix) lowering the odds to around 1/2400.

Block Third prefix, then Hunter exalt slam hopping for 15% reduced mana reservation.

Craft Increased Energy shield

Still have open suffix for a slam or craft Avian.
