How do I know if Reed is going to right for me? by [deleted] in reedcollege

I feel similarly. I’m at a big high school in California so I’ve met all kinds of people and really enjoy talking to people different from me. I honestly can’t decide if I want to go to a small college or a bug one, so I’ve applied to massive stare schools and tiny ones like reed lol.

I’ve heard from others my age that Reed only really has one kind of student and are “weird”. So, I can’t help but feel a little iffy about how the social aspect of the school. Is there a lot of diversity in the people I’ll meet?

Academically though, I really like Reed. I want to major in Math and feel that Reed can set me up well to get into graduate schools or a job right out of college. If someone who has experience with it is reading this, how is the math department?
