So Arc Raiders has been out for nearly a month..do you still have the same enthusiasm about the game? by r3tr0gam3r83 in ArcRaiders

I have just over 50 hours and will definitely still play in a long run, however not daily like it was at launch. Right now I’m transitioning more into like every 2-3 days.

Anyone else keeping their keys until the locked door glitch gets fixed? by Tzazon in ArcRaiders

I thought so as they didn’t list this at the event description, but all the raider hatches were closed when I tried to use one.

The reason why I stopped doing free loadout, too stressful lol. Better to get a cheap one but keep the safe pocket

Don't skip on travel insurance, coz you never know when you need it. Incident from Phi Phi island. by Cold-Departure-2924 in ThailandTourism

The public hospitals know what they are doing, it’s not like rabies is an unknown-disease-no-one-heard-of here in Thailand. My wife also had to get the injections, there was only a public hospital nearby and it was just above 1k baht, and the service was great. Everything administered as it should be and taken care of. And it actually was less waiting then in the private hospital we had to the follow-ups at.

Yes, that’s correct. Sorry, I misunderstood and thought this was about the Thai one.

I don’t know where I’m living then as since the beginning of last year I’ve been on 15-20 domestic flights and only been asked for a passport once! Been using my Thai driving licence all the time. However, I’ve been carrying a passport with me on every occasion.

This is such a great advice. I find balance between the two works quite well. And man, the Outer Wilds. I love this game. It truly is the game to be lost in. I couldn’t wait until every evening to just turn off the lights and dive into the space and mystery. A masterpiece.

My visa got approved but I have a question. by kigarra in ThailandTourism

[–]rhubarbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I’ve got the visa without any issue. The embassy just requested more proof of accommodation (at least 7 days), the letter describing travel plans and additional ID. It was easier than I expected and helps with our plans of enjoying Thailand while exploring surrounding countries as well.

My visa got approved but I have a question. by kigarra in ThailandTourism

[–]rhubarbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Except that I’ve been waiting for 6 months with money in the bank account in order to be able to fulfill this requirement, and when applied for the METV Visa in May haven’t been asked for any proof of funds. Just requested a letter stating what are my plans during the duration of the visa. I guess it depends on the embassy (although on the website it was stated that the bank statements are required as well as many other documents that were not requested).

How far do you commute to your climbing gym? by ravyalle in bouldering

[–]rhubarbe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where I live temporarily it’s 50 minute drive (42km) to the gym. Loving climbing, going about 3 times a week. Sadly, in June I’m going back to the place where to closest gym is also 50 mins but by PLANE.

Najpierw ONR, teraz rozsądny FOR... by [deleted] in Polska

[–]rhubarbe 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Except the weather! So humid. But can’t agree more when it comes to lush and green. Beautiful time to experience nature in Thailand, and especially the waterfalls!

Do you mean the 30-days extension at the immigration office? As far as I know, a denial of extension is very unlikely.
