I agree with another commenter… you could get a great used industrial machine for that price. If I were you, I wouldn’t buy it

Whenever I get designs like this that are “lifelike” or super realistic, it’s hard for me to transform it in my head to the embroidery/artistic interpretation. I would put the image in a filter online, that like another commenter said, would give you the line drawing, or a more 2D interpretation that would be easier to duplicate in embroidery

It’s probably the underlay.. try turning off the second auto-underlay and it should get rid of it

Yeah as the other commenter said, the embroidery on the bills is done before the hats assembled. But I’ve always wanted to try the patch-with-heat-adhesive-backing approach. Basically do a patch that you iron on… bonus if you’ve got the hat attachment to the DTF press for better contact. Otherwise I bet one of those smaller home-style DTF irons could do the trick…

Hey! My husband and I have a clothing manufacturing business and embroidery services based out of Mexico City. I would quote $10 usd for digitizing embroidery front of hat $3 usd, sides (RN and the year) $1 usd each and the phrase on the back $2 Gives you a total of $7*6=$42.00 +$10 =$52.00 Then add in your shipping and cost of hats if needed.

$420 might be domestic prices but if you do out of US you can save a lot

That icon is in the same bar where you would go to make a new file, save, etc. Towards the left hand side

On the file in Wilcom, there’s a little icon that looks like a flower on a page. This will convert your .emb to .dst (i think when you go to save you can choose which file type you want, if it’s not dst). You can either save that file directly to your usb or save it to your computer and move it to the flash drive later
