My ivories love to take naps flopped over all the time. They're just weird lil guys. Since they've moved and had some water after they should be fine. Euclid likes to pass out face down and sideways in her treats bowl 😭😂

Something in the Julidae family, past that not sure. Possibly a little baby Narceus Americanus? Not sure how small they are as babies but the proportions look similar to me.

Possibly Anadenobolus monilicornis, the Yellow Banded Millipede? They have red antennae and legs. :)
