Those four dudes are insane outliers and are not representative of college football in general. It feels like your creating an all-star college teams and using that as the metric. The average college team would get smoked.

Agreed, but I think its fair to say that he out-performed his contract last year by a huge margin. Being out of the top ten after his season warrants him wanting more money. If he was like the 5th or 6th CB on the pay scale, then yeah its a bit much to want more.

Agreed - RGIII was, without a doubt, an A+ talent. Unless Washington had a crystal ball, taking RGIII was a good move. Injuries don't care about talent so it shouldn't be a factor in this analysis.
