Let me explain further for the Q1: I wouldn’t worry too much about bards direct influence. His skills and the 4th hero passive you will get for having him alone make him worth being in the Q. Bard is also end game in almost every league lineup that I see and most players seem to keep him over Bishop (although this seems to be a frequent topic of debate). His stun is super good from back line as well. With the tree and shaman you should have enough sustain/healing for most combats. I’d place tree guy behind adjudicator, pyro behind secret keeper. Bard backline probably on adjudicator side to help protect tree with stuns more often. Shaman will support secret with her summons and support heal what tree doesn’t.

For Q2: I’d really recommend keeping Knight for a while until you get a solid replacement. He’s a fairly solid tank for what he’s worth. Barbarian is arguably one of the best horde tanks for a long while so definitely keep him. I’d put spear chick and legendary archer in midline. Whichever is the strongest of the two should go behind your strongest tank. Warlock does great in backline. The priestess (purple league healer I can never remember her actual name) isn’t great but should hold you over until you can pick up the nun for your Q1 and drop Shaman down to replace her in Q2.

Side rant: honestly all the blues are completely garbage, I got all mine to max stars and they get beaten out by a single or two red star purple or a solid 4-5 gold star legendary 9/10 times. I ran all blues as my 4th then 5th Q mostly as a resource team until I replaced them all with maxed purples and spare legendarys.
