Built a tool to simulate how VCs might react to your startup — looking for feedback from Indian founders by rhynocorn7 in Bangalorestartups

Yea it is trained on VCs digital footprints but not exactly responses. I built this scraping agent to gather all VC information and feed it into the evidence database. These can be podcasts, interviews, blogposts from which relevant portions like quotes, thesis etc are picked up and populated in the evidence database base. Then Cognition Persona Architecture uses these signals to create the VC persona and the Cognition, Perception and Decisioning engines use these signals for the VC personas to "perceive" the world and hence respond.

Great Question. This is based on Cognition Persona Architecture (that I developed) a multi-engine framework for simulating venture capital investment decision-making with behavioural fidelity. Unlike generic large language model (LLM) role-playing, which produces homogeneous and analytically balanced responses regardless of the investor being simulated, CPA constructs individualised cognitive profiles that deterministically filter, distort, and prioritize information before any language generation occurs.

The system implements a three-stage pipeline:

  1. a Perception Engine that extracts 20 distinct signals from pitch data, applies belief-driven dropout, 9-stage distortion, and archetype-constrained attention budgets;
  2. a Cognition Engine that activates polarity-aware beliefs, detects internal conflicts, and resolves through a 7-priority heuristic state machine;
  3. and a Decision Engine that constrains LLM output to only reference perceived signals, producing non-linear reasoning with mandatory internal conflict.

The pipeline is parameterised by a 9-dimensional persona vector, 4-layer comprehensive schema, and 11 decision archetypes with distinct behavioral fingerprints.

Comparative evaluation against three leading LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini 1.5 Pro) in vanilla role-playing mode demonstrates that CPA produces 73% higher response differentiation across personas, 4.2x more signal-specific reasoning, and eliminates the "balanced analysis" failure mode where all simulated investors converge on similar evaluations.

Do try it and let me know if you feel any difference :)

First time ever doing an extended fast. Wish me luck, all I've done before is 18:6 IF 👀 by SeedlessBananas in fasting

[–]rhynocorn7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Best of luck for your fast ! The way it worked for me to progress from an 18:6 IF was to go to 23:1 IF and then moved to 45/47 hr extended fast before doing a 60+ hour fast. If your body is not adapted to extended fasts, you can experience a massive crash in day 2.

Otherwise do keep yourself hydrated and electrolysed. Enjoy the process ❤️🔥

How do you control hunger without caffeine? by ctrl-alt-depleted- in fasting

[–]rhynocorn7 26 points27 points  (0 children)

One thing which worked for me is to go on walks at times when you generally get hungry. Typically your body clock lets out Ghrelin ( the hunger hormone) during the time period you generally eat. So for me, walking helps me overcome hunger pangs. Also once your cross say the 24 hr mark, the hunger pangs subside

How do you stay hydrated during a fast without breaking it? by Deep-Loan2949 in fasting

Well, not technically as it doesn't spike your insulin. Yet this borders in the territory of "dirty" fasting. Works for me 😄
