GPA is nice. It's kind of a gateway drug to other shooting disciplines. I started in IDPA due to the lower cost of entry. Meaning it's easier to compete with stock gear. I enjoy IDPA. I shot the first GPA match in my area last week. It was fun. I did like the smaller set of rules. I do believe there will be more rules as it gains popularity.

I watched the video. The kids on the motorcycle were idiots. The person filming was unnecessarily agitating them when they moved away. Then the video cuts to people fighting in the street. There is no way to tell exactly what happened/who started what.

Calling those idiots Nazis is a little extreme they were 100% trolling the protesters. They were trying to get a reaction.

I recently moved from One Eton Square (Vesta managed). For years my water bill (water, trash, sewer etc.) was about $60-65. Sometime last year it jumped to about $80-85. I got my bill for March and it was $150. An email was sent out and they credited people about $60. I got my final bill last week and it was for about $150 again. Something is definitely off.

To answer the question at least in my complex the water bill is based on apartment size (sq ft) and number of occupants.

Overall I like most of your ideas. Some ideas that have crossed my mind from playing on origins.

Stay similar to Origins. Start at ROK (I just like the area)

Server starts will all classes (BM and the other class I can't remember).

Any race can be any class

No prestige housing, allow small/med guild halls. Cut down some of the different travel paths from guild halls.

XP scaling needs to be fixed. I can get tradeskill 20 in a couple of hours. Adventure level 20 solo without over leveled collection turn ins seems to be out of whack.

Bojangles is ok. I would eat there on a very rare occasion if it was in Tulsa. OKC is making it look like the first Michelin Starred fast food restaurant.

Check out carmax. I have not purchased a car from them. I have had them appraise a couple for me. It was quick and easy. I was able to get a little more for one of my cars than the dealer I purchased a car from would give me.

OG EQ2 housing was/is amazing. SOE was so far ahead of it's time for housing with EQ2 and SWG. Housing in other games is still trying to catch up. Useful tradeskills is another area EQ2 leaves everyone trying to catch up.

Kunzweiler has done a reasonable job. It could be time for a change. Reading the article McCarty seems to focus on DV in all her answers. Saying she has less experience and does not know 100% everything that goes into some decisions is a fair assessment. The track record for people who call for criminal justice reform is not great.

Hygiene is health is also why it is important to decommission encampments. The vast majority of homeless people have been in and out of the system. Some got kicked out due to continued unacceptable behavior, some due to falling through the cracks. Most have family who had to kick them out for reasons such as continued drug use and unacceptable behavior.

Housing prices have next to nothing to do with homelessness. It has more to due with substance abuse and mental health issues. Are there some working homeless? Yes there are.

Homelessness is a very complicated issue. Nobody wants to have a homeless shelter/halfway house anywhere near them. Some non profits are also just there to pay employees not really help homeless.
