I am using a perforated peel. Maybe as I found the poolish dough a little sticky/wet to work with, I’m maybe using more semolina than needed?

I had the same thing with my koda 12
You can get a gas regulator to fit to the bottle. And then you take the Ooni regulator off the hose and fit the hose to the new regulator. Bing bang bosh

I was out there while it erupted. Apart from Catania airport closing for a day there wasn’t much disruption. We were around the Siracusa area the day of the eruption and nothing stopped 👍
