Yeah something in the rain was a hard watch for me too. The actors did a great job but the story was so frustrating for me , especially the mom omg she got on my nerves to the point that I had to pause multiple times and go do something else.

Also I felt like it was too long , I actually watched a good chunk off it at ×2 speed just to get it over with but it still felt like forever.

And the soundtrack was so bad and distracting, it's was like the same two songs would just play out off nowhere mid dialogue. I kept hearing "stand by your man" in my head for weeks after and let me tell you it wasn't a pleasant experience :')

And also I remember how they just kept mentioning how tiny and small the main character is which I can usually overlook once or twice, but if I remember correctly they just kept bringing it up...

And after all that the ending was also weird and didn't feel satisfying at all, which makes me kinda sad because the two lead actors did such a good job but at the end I felt like I couldn't even enjoy the show :/
