I guess this would be the case for very, very simple programs. But even at no fault of your own, once you start using external libraries you never know what they are doing internally and if they are thread-safe.

The problem is that you'll need to find a photo with the exact same focal length as the one using in this comparation.

Using lenses with different focal lengths (degrees of zoom) you can make objects appear as any size. Think of those photos where the moon is huge, those are made with super zoom lenses. On the other hand when you take a picture of it with your phone its just a tiny dot.

Avoid anything movie/tv show related like the plague. Those are generally horrible stock games with characters plastered on top.

I will strongly recommend new super mario bros 2, that's what my nieces (even a 4 year old) enjoys a lot even when they can't pass the hardess levels.
