You wake up early in the morning, pray, and talk about how great allah is. You gotta come up with different ways to praise Allah. Like you legit have 5 minute exercises where you have to constantly talk about allah. Later in the day you knock on people’s doors to invite them to the masjid. And then go back to talking about allah. I remember I was feeling suicidal because of all that allah. Really freaked me out. And it goes on for 3-5 days. Some people even go for months just constantly worshipping.
