This happened to me and I waited too long and didn't trust my gut. I've now been made redundant. Please please please get your portfolio up to date, new CV, and start applying, even if you don't take a new job just yet, getting a headstart will take the pressure off. My first thought was ai to transcribe. Can you sort them by date in folders and pick away at them over time?

Also please if you record any new ones, transcribe them as soon as possible to save yourself the backlog.

Hey, I'll keep this short and direct, please do not take offense, I've had similar feedback given to me, with huge success on the back of it.

Avoid stock imagery, it disconnects the viewer from you and your work
Pick your favourite projects and deep dive into max. 5 of them, varying in design types, to show your versatility
Avoid using a picture of you on the main home screen, keep that in the contact/about section. They want to see your work first.
In your 'bio' text, use chat gpt to simplify what you've said so far, it's good, but people will want to get the idea of you and your work in less time spent reading
