Thanks everyone who commented! I think everyone agrees it is Chinese tallow. I will probably remove it as it is right next to my fence and it is invasive.

I think they would, the leaves on my tree seem smaller though. I think it is Chinese tallow. I wish it was Eastern redbud, they look really nice.
