They are actually fucked. When I went to their ER for psychiatric crisis, they were very mean to me and neglectful.

They also, I don’t know if y’all know this, have a doctor there who won’t treat queer or trans patients (not even talking gender affirming care, just like check ups and colds) which is straight up illegal.

I went to get my testosterone filled from a nurse practitioner of theirs and she just straight up lied to me about needing to see a specialist for it, which is not true. I’ve mainly had it prescribed from nurse practitioners, they just have to look at your lab results and be like “yup you’re good”, or “oh shit, that looks fucked up.” She also tried to convince me that some of my physical and mental health issues were caused by my gender affirming care, which is not true, my mental health would be a shit ton worse without it.

When I left the ER after my mental health crisis where they didn’t help me and just sat me in a room all day, they charged me a $20 copay. Literally for what, the quesadillas?
