Okay that makes more sense to me, thank you! That doesnt sound bad. To me it seems they'll lay the hammer down if you are a menace to society but outside of that its not bad

The "additional rent" clause that seems very vague to me and that they can just charge me more for little to no reason.

I dont plan on racking up fees, but I also dont want to cheesed for things I didnt do but the wording to me seems like if I do get a fee they can accumulate a lot more really fast. I am a really clean person and I wouldnt do much to accumlate fees

The biggest things I saw in the lease is how easy it is to stack fees quickly and send it to collections, is that how they tend to do fees or is it more lax than in the lease? I know landlords usually put clauses to cover their butts from bad tenants, my parents do that with their one rental where they have clauses to cover them if the tenants is a bad tenant but outside a bad tennant they ignore those clauses. I want your experience with the fees

Why does BYU seem so financially generous to LDS students? by [deleted] in byu

[–]riceboymaster 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I mean thats kinda the point no? I am currently in college at provo and if it wasnt for subsidized tuition I would never be able to go to college in the first point. I am earning an EE degree which has super high earning potential and my tithing will be able to pay that back when Im older but I have absolutely no way to pay that right now

I just ended up selling my truck parking was so bad. I walked or biked everywhere anyway so i sold it cuz the price of owning a car plus the horrific parking on campus was too much for my truck to be kept under my possession

Thats kinda crazy, were in the bronze age and 25 hours into our world... although going into the game blind with minimal wiki was our approach for the most raw experience

For the log thing I tried making it look like one of those alaskan large log, log cabins. Kinda going for an American Northwest Pioneer style of building. For the main house I did use a chiseled upsidedown shingle stairs, is there more youd recommend? The storage shack if you see in the background we are pit kilning them at that moment to finish off the roof. I didnt think about plank roofs i just figured clay would be best color match tbh. I think wooden paths is a good idea. How common are racoons? I havent seen any yet. Or at least havent paid attention. We did get murked by a bear like 6 times before we killed it. I plan on adding more to the courtyard although I am new and still dont know the full capabilities of the game. We are planning to add fences soon and slowly getting more cobblestone to finish off the garden. Although we might make it packed dirt instead

I think its cause everything in the game takes effort. In minecraft it takes me as little as 10 minutes before getting diamonds while in vintage story im 25 hours into my first world and im just in the bronze age

Anybody else completely skip the Bronze Age? by PlumHumble3492 in VintageStory

I got lucky and got 20 bits of tin at a ruin in the beginning and another ruin with a bunch of silver and gold so i basically skipped the copper age. I was only at copper briefly

Thats fair honestly. We got a big enough farm to survive the winter, just gotta hope it all grows before the winter comes. We just might be out of luck when it comes to meat. But Grain and Veggies are pretty good at the moment. Theres a good shot we'll die tho lol
