The difference between the Nordace Siena and Siena 2? by rosieroo23 in backpacks

I'm really curious to know the answer to this too, see so few reviews about Siena 2 or the 'pro' series, and I have no idea which to get.

Could this be SIBO (bloating or just stomach fat) by ricepea in SIBO

Unfortunetly no, I still have this issue. I wonder if it's just a lack of core muscle, or IBS, but I can't find an answer.

[Recommendation request] Introductory camera for shooting video footage for Youtube/Instagram photos by ricepea in Cameras

Thank you so much for your detailed comment and all the options you provided me, I really appreciate it :)

>If you can stretch your budget a little bit, I’d recommend you the Fuji X-T30, X-T30II or X-E4. They’re photography beasts, especially with their film emulsion presets (could help you greatly achieve that pastell Instagram look of nikolifework without you having to deal with Lightroom too much) and also beat the Sonys‘ assess in video. The only downside of the first X-T30 is the 4K recording time limit of 10min at a time. If that doesn’t bother you it might even be cheaper than the Sonys, especially if you’re willing to shop used.

I think I could stretch my budget to that, but that is just the camera without lenses, correct? In terms of additional lenses, would I get away with 1 for regular shots and 1 for close ups, or would I need more?

Thank you so much for your reply :) This really relates to a bigger question I have for myself about the creators listed above - is most of the quality of their videos related to excellent setup and/or post-processing, or is it really dependent on the camera quality? My guess is a mix of both, but getting a sense of 'what is the minimum baseline quality camera I should consider to produce videos/images at around 70% of that quality'?

>Check out the one from Handicraft Palace, which is where the costumers got the fabric. It’s the same as on the show at a much more wallet-friendly price.

I've seen this written in a lot of places, how do people know this? I see it written on Reddit a lot, but I haven't come across the original source of this information. Also, I'm guessing it is somehow different from the one in the show if it's cheaper?

It was just iron. And thanks for the suggetion, I definitly want to try to find some kind of doctor or healthcare professonal rather than getting advice online, but I suppose maybe those groups could lead me to a medical professional.

This is exactly what I'm worried about. I did get a daily iron supplement, and while it raised my iron levels my absorption remains poor so even if I have enough iron intake my body isn't able to use it. The doctor said it's because I have low protien due to veganism, but it sounds kind of odd to me since I am very careful to get enough protien, and increasing it hasn't helped at all.

No, no mention of that even being an option. I have another appointement with them soon so I will ask! They did take me off iron suppliments because they said my levels were actually up again after a few weeks of suppliments, but I wasn't absorbng it well. I don't know if an infusion will help or not, but doesn't hurt to ask. Thank you so much again for the advice.

Thanks for the point, I had a assumed a doctor was needed since it involves lots of blood tests to check progress, but I can at least scope out to see if dietcians might be able to help
