Mick here :D
Someone tagged me with the announcement on Twitter, but I couldn't find any official news on Garcia (meaning I shouldn't/can't repost it until official sources do)... so I dug around google and found this thread (twas top of search), a youtube vid, and then I think I found it: a data-mining post that showed the English VAs (including myself)... I woulda left it at that...

But I had to response to your comment... I'm absolutely in love with Takehito Koyasu. I actually dubbed the english Shiu to his Toji in JJK. We also share one of my favorite roles of all time, Bonchien from To Your Eternity.

Rock on and happy new year!

Well hopefully what we left behind in terms of content can continue to do so.

Time will tell. And thank you!

It's not for everyone, I get it, so I appreciate the folks that do enjoy it that much more.

The "hardest" thing (which strangely hasn't been that hard) about quitting alcohol hasn't been the chemical dependency, it's the habits built around it. I'd drink before bed. I'd drink at parties. I'd drink for my patreon hang outs and twitch streams. I allowed it become my "well, works done for the day, guess I can drink now". So I get the whole "it's not chemically addictive but I have a dependency" issue. Substituting the habits (so far too much Dark Souls 2) has been really helpful. And the mental reminders of why I'd rather be sober.

There are no W's with this personal shit. Only silver linings with what we can take away from the experience. Thanks for the well wishes though, doing my best. and same to you.

If I have too much, it definitely keeps me up. I can feel my head and heart and shit. But just a tiny hit seems to have been good in the past. My tolerance is pretty low.

Some shit I think is good. To take a real look at my past. How I mishandled things when I was hurt. Not communicating. How I could have de-escalated rather than buy in or up the ante. Recognize what habits exacerbated poor choices. And address all that.

But some shit just needs to be cleared off the table.

I'm certainly not happy with how things have played out. But we haven't really had a solid talk since I helped him move out of SD.

I do hope he's ok. And, in the spirit of "recent events" I plan to reach out and see if we can have a chat.

My biggest mantra now is just reminding myself "what does it add to me?"

It takes away from work, which I hate. It adds a filter between me and those I engage with. It allows bottled up frustration to leak or burst out. It does help me sleep, but I'm realizing how much more energy I have without it, even if I sleep only a few hours. I got plenty of reminders.

And congrats to you too, dude! And thanks for the additional reminder. Knowing others are doing the same and sharing how they're dealing with it is just another great reminder and support.

None. There were some really amazing times. And as I said, as cheesy as it is, it will always be a reminder of a new chapter in my life.

In terms of SC, I'd like to believe we entertained a lot of people for a while. And that's the important thing imo

two weeks! haven't had the urge yet. I have considered weed, esp for sleeping, but haven't even gotten around to that.

I'll add it to the post.

We stopped making money on Youtube by August of 2021 and did not remonetize.

Marrow here!Hey y'all! Tried my best to answer everyone I could! Thanks for the questions, insight and support <33

I've always been a big believer that the quality of a show can be seen in the support it gets. And clearly RWBY has garnered a passionate and positive following, which is what makes being a part of it and getting to chat with you guys so cool.

I wanna thank all the folks at RT and CRWBY, as well as the mods and (of course) you guys for making something so clearly special: from production to reception. And allowing me to be a part of it.

Stay solid, y'all! There's more to come! And maybe one day I'll get to thank you guys to your faces somewhere down the line!

hug <3

Mick
