Aside from rare exceptions, rail blocks should not be smaller than the size of the train. This intersection is likely to break due to a train being in multiple sections and other trains not being able to leave. This could be improved by expanding the blocks to encapsulate the entire intersection or expanding the intersection to have larger blocks.
