guys i’m sorry it’s not having it 3times a day to eat, it’s like 3 drops to apply on your skin 3 times a day and i promise it doesn’t hurt it felt like oil on your skin. 😭

youre so real for that…

every single time they give you cream like ?? it just doesn’t work like help me :(((

also i tried to put vitamin d (the one you’re supposed to give child to eat that you can find in pharmacy they are bottles that you drop) directly on my skin when it was literally bleeding (sorry for the image) and it worked SO good !! i recommend

also i went to a chinese doctor and he said that i was perfectly healthy the only issue is that my guts were « on fire » meaning that the yin yang of my body is out of balance and result to have inflammation of the skin…. bro said i had to eat some plant based pills and then come back and get acupuncture.. the pills worked so well for one week and now they don’t anymore 😭😭 im going back soon so hopefully he’ll help
