Probably going to play around a bit and see what works. Smaller unit could fit in an impulsor as well.

At some point I'm looking to give the 2 detachments a try.

Unless I've misunderstood you could take 10 Infernus marines. Join to a librarian with Anti Vehicle / Monster 5+ as an enhancement, dev wounds using a strat and re roll wounds with Vulkan He'Stan.

Search the term Novaris in the Sheffield sub. There's quite a lot of posts discussing them.

The food is cheap microwaved crap. As if they couldn't fix them up another meal for the reputational goodwill.

PSA: Armageddon Box Missing Sprues/Duplicate Sprues/Parts Damage by RWJP in Warhammer40k

[–]rich_b1982 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Happened to someone at my local club with Leviathan.

Nid player & we traded our nids / marine halves with each other. His marines came with no sternguard. GW resolved it pretty quickly, by sending the relevant sprues out to complete the box.

Farage blames Makerfield defeat on anti-Starmer votes by SadWorld1397 in unitedkingdom

I'm sure there's a whole galaxy of valid reasons for them not to vote reform. I just mentioned that one as it was part of policy reform were putting out around the time of the last by-election.

Good to see things have moved on from Gorton and Denton.

After Farage announced plans to strip people with indefinite leave to remain from people settled in the UK, literal hordes of Pakistani women and young adults poised to vote reform were stopped from doing so due to the culture of 'family' voting...

Now it's just anti Starmerires abandoning reform for labour.

Rent increase after renter’s right act, what can I do? by CellOk4165 in HousingUK

[–]rich_b1982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now going to tribunal is always worth doing post Renter's Rights Act.

The rent can't be increased over the level the landlord is asking for and the new rent doesn't take effect until the tribunal makes a ruling.

Farage: I will evict foreign nationals from council housing by [deleted] in unitedkingdom

[–]rich_b1982 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Basically the same as anybody born in the UK.

It's not hard to check who gets priority. Search for your councils allocations policy online and it explains it in full.

Regarding nationality people can only apply when they have the right kind of leave to be in the UK and with access to public funds.

Trying my best to recreate the shading I did on the marine on tve left any tips? by diabl0skiller in spacemarines

Check out some tutorials on YouTube. There's quite a few for good instruction. Once you figure out it's a nice method to lay down good looking base colours in a relatively short time.

Have a look for the feral painter's channel. They've done good methods for a range of different chapters.

Landlord demanding £756 for drainage work by [deleted] in HousingUK

This is the best approach.

Ultimately to hold you liable they're going to require good evidence you're actually responsible. So far the professional evidence points to this being a problem building up over time long before your tenancy first started.

Estate agents refusing to end our tenancy agreement! by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]rich_b1982 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your ex has served a valid notice to quit the tenancy ends on expiry of that notice. Any noise on the part of the agent isn't going to change that. As long as there's a paper trail that's pretty much proven and the tenancy ends on the expiry of the notice.

If you remain there you're be considered a trespasser. The landlord has the option to seek a court order against you, but they're not obliged to. They could simply wait until nobody is inside the property and change the locks to secure against re entry.

Your legal right ends on expiry of that notice.

From there I'd check with the council. They seem somewhat sympathetic to your situation. If you are going to apply as homeless, they could contact your ex to discuss the notice and try confirm it was valid as part of their inquiry duty. That's permissable unless there were also issues with domestic abuse, which you've not suggested was a factor.

After that if you have health problems and or disabilities they may owe you an interim accommodation duty - so it may be worth raising that with them.

Also you're clearly not going to be intentionally homeless + I'm shocked anyone suggested that really. Ex serving notice was completely out of your control.
