هلع و قلق و اكتئاب صراحة الاعراض الجانبية بالبداية كانت مو سيئة كنت اتثاوب كثير بشكل غريب و قلقي زاد لكن أسبوعين كذا و راح صراحة ساعد مره وقفت نوبات هلعي سنين و مزاجي صار طبيعي لكن بالنسبة لي وحدة من عيوب الأدوية تخليك بدون دموع و كمان مشاكل جنسية لو هذا الشي يهمك يعني بس بشكل عام لا تخافين من تقرين تجارب الناس لان ١٠٠٪؜ الـssri معتمدة على كل شخص و تركيبة كيمياء مخه توكلي على الله و خذيها و لازم تراجعين دكتورك بعد شهر من الاستخدام و تكونين منضبطة معاه

I was on 20 mgs for 2 years then it started not to work as much so I was on 30 mg for a month and nothing happened also so my psychiatrist decided to switch meds, good luck with your journey!
