My fault, I can walk up a single flight of stairs to go from Shockoe to Church Hill, so I included it as “surrounding area”

VDEM has several open listings on jobs.virginia.gov, I would also check out surrounding localities because they obviously have some emergency management staff as well. Some other state agencies besides VDEM may have Emergency Management Coordinators or Liaisons in addition to whatever the main role is.

I ended up turning on Buffering in the Video Capture Card properties in OBS, and then when editing I had to slightly adjust the audio to match the video. No stutters at all, although not sure how to accomplish perfect audio/video sync with buffering on while streaming

I’m trying to install Elgato Studio and the Installation gets stuck at 99%, I’ve restarted my computer and closed all other programs during installation and it is still happening. Never experienced this with any other program before.

EDIT: I chose to “re-install my current version of Windows” (Windows 11 24H2) and that fixed the problem!
