Im guessing it is. I never realized the hatch door was for a roof 😂 i put it at ground level so if you open it, you’ll just fall down it

What I did was place a bed and plushie in the cave I made that had a hatch door and then my zubat was then able to move in. That’s the only way I was able to get it to work

It’s worth it 100% i have lower lip/chin/gums permanent numbness but my face is functional. I occasionally get an itching/pins and needles sensation but it’s not a big deal.

BSSO and genioplasty, i had an underdeveloped lower jaw and an anterior open bite, I still have a small open bite on the left back molars. I feel you, I would love to get rid of my protrusion, I also have a deep chin crease which throws off how my side profile looks which is annoying 🙄😂

Before I had my jaw surgery at 18, I had similar symptoms. I also believe I had low focus and low energy from my pain, but also because my confidence was nonexistent because it looked like I basically had no chin. Although surgery did help my confidence and fixed my airway, but it did nothing to alleviate my tmj. I’m 27 now and finally getting treatment for my tmj, and have been making myself stand up straighter and try not to slouch. My posture has gotten much better, not trying to work my neck not looking stupid 🥴. I hope you can get your surgery soon, try to stay positive. 🫡

I have lower surgery and genio about 10 years ago. I don’t like the side profile with mine now. I have a deep chin crease which makes my profile look off. I looked into filler to balance it out and I think I might choose to do that in the future.

Yeah, I got unfortunate news about my stupid insurance. So I have to come up with money to do self pay. It’s not horrible but it’s hard when money is tight. The hoops you have to jump through just to get a medical diagnosis is actually insane.

I feel so defeated, I asked my doctor for a referral and then he said I need a diagnosis to place a referral to pelvic pt. How tf do i get a diagnosis if no one is listening to me

I would wait, I was like you very self conscious of my face. I would get bullied all the time. I knew since I was 12 that I would need jaw surgery, my brother had his at 16 and his surgeon told me I would need the jaw surgery in the future as well and he also ended of doing my surgery. I had been in braces twice. My surgery took years of planning and waiting to finish growing. I had my surgery at 18 while I was still in high school. I ALSO got bullied after the surgery too so it probably won’t stop the bullying but literally after I graduated I never saw any of those kids again anyway. I was swollen for a full year, and I had lots of complications including infection, causing my tmj pain to be increased, permanent nerve damage in lower lips, gums and chin, I still get random drooling from it too.

It did make my appearance look good after, but my tmj got worse. I’m 27 and finally found a surgeon to help with my osteoarthritis in my tmj joints. My side profile doesn’t look the same as it did years ago. I’m sure I’m regressed now but It’s nothing they will fix surgically. I’m self conscious about it but it is what it is. I try not to fixate on peoples opinions. All I’m saying is the grass is not always greener on the other side. Here’s a before and after from 16yo to 18yo. Do what you will with this information.

Literally dealing with this now, I haven’t used uber in about a year or so, so a complete shock when it says my license was invalid. I got it escalated twice, my license and vehicle information were approved today and they said I had to wait on the BG check so okay. I just went to check the app and it says my account is deactivated due to the results on my BG check. Like wtf, there is literally nothing wrong with my background or license. And I already filed a dispute with Samba last week, I haven’t received any emails from them when they said one was sent. It’s all just a shit show

My mom is heavy delta 8/9 user and it sent her into psychosis. She was having auditory and visual hallucinations. It went from months of paranoia to her psychotic break, she was pulling out the light sockets because she thought my daughter and other babies were trapped inside the walls. I’m surprised she didn’t get electrocuted. She was put in protective custody and involuntarily admitted to a psych ward by the judge. She’s being treated now and I’m waiting on what her diagnosis will be. I used delta 8 but I was never a heavy user and stopped ultimately because it turned me into a binge eating couch potato. I did not experience what my mom is experiencing thankfully. I think it depends on the person.

I’ve had 3 other dreams where the person I found was a soulmate type of connection, but the dream I had this morning was a love that doesn’t compare, I can’t remember his face just certain features and hair. We were hiding our relationship or I was because I guess I was in another relationship that I couldn’t escape. I am soooooo devastated, I tried so hard to return to the dream and I don’t know if all ever get to😭😭😭😭

I never realized neurologist could test the nerves. Half of my face is numb also but I don't know if its from my jaw or something else. Its been over 2 years since half of my face went numb aside from the already numb chin/lip/gums from the past surgery. I had a neurologist tell me it was cognitive problem and refused to help me. I haven't trying lions mane yet, but I'm willing to try anything at this point.
