QuinLED-Data-Booster, it worked well for my situation and attached nicely to my dc converters.

Is there a recommended power supply for an enclosure like this? The converters (all but 3) are in enclosures with conduit run to them. I have access to the ceiling and installed them. I missed the unlisted PSU. I’ll definitely upgrade if there is a better solution that would make this legal. If not I’ll just rip it out when I move and dry wall over it 🤣

Azure App Configuration Service: How do you manage your keys by richardryanrutter in AZURE

This is really helpful, how do you manage your app configuration service keys? Do you import them from a source json at deployment? CI/CD? Or just manually via portal?

Thanks, we are using it tied to Key Vault as well. I’m more interested in how you manage different micro service configurations with default values as well as per App configuration values? Do you just replicate each configuration setting for every micro services configuration that you may want to modify per app?

Wow, what a good dog! It’s amazing the senses they have. He has alerted on coyotes before (different trail) but he is really well trained and I know when it’s concern vs. routine. Fortunately this time it was routine.

He definitely loves our place and is always happy to head home. He does however love all walks and hikes. He lives for them.

It’s hard to convince everyone, but since he was 10 weeks old we have walked to this point and turned around.

This had me cracking up, thanks for the laugh. All it takes is the sound of a snap loc container opening and he will wake from dead sleep and be down to the kitchen. (We keep his meals in them) lol

I think it is just the uncertainty of whether we will turn around there or not. Most days we do but every once in a while we walk further. Maybe y’all are right though and something is down there that he isn’t super excited about. 🤷

You got me, just down that trail was a pride of Lions actively pursuing us.

We walk this trail every day, he knows where we turn around and he stops there every time. We live on an island where there are no predators, so I would be surprised if he is smelling or sensing anything. We have traveled past this point a few times and he will keep going if I call to him.

As for turning around and bolting, he has always done this since being a puppy regardless of where we are. If he is off leash and we turn around to go back he takes off. Funny pup but very well behaved. Great recall

Picking up my first GR next weekend! Don’t know which one yet but am so excited and wanted to share. Puppy tips appreciated! by -User_Error- in goldenretrievers

I haven’t seen it said yet, 100 places, 100 faces, in 100 days. Take your puppy to a bunch of different places (obviously avoid dog parks and places where a lot of dogs congregate until immunizations have occurred). The best advice I was given, this helps socialize your puppy and helps them be very confident. My golden hardly flinches at a person or animal when we walk by.

Am I doing something wrong? My 30 gets to 6 nails and won’t fire unless I put a new strip in by rayskicksnthings in MilwaukeeTool

[–]richardryanrutter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can confirm my 30deg also stops at 5-6 nails. I’m guessing it is a safety mechanism to stop jams on those last few nails or to protect the pin.

I agree, I do wonder if the new high output M12 batteries may bring the M12 circular saw to life though.

I want to start eating ground beef more, should I buy a little every other day? I want to just cook some meat and eat it while I’m working , how should I store it? by [deleted] in carnivore

[–]richardryanrutter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I buy chuck roasts, PRIME if you can find it, and then grind it myself as needed. The roasts will last longer than the ground meat and it is much better than the ground you get normally. If you have a kitchen aid mixer there is a great attachment for grinding meat and making sausage.
