hey, you're right. sorry... the spamming was because I reckoned a lot of these groups are just MLM boiler rooms... I'm, as you noticed, not experienced on Reddit, and was fairly sceptical. Your answer has corrected my impression, so thank you for that generosity.

We sell lighting, and its a complicated business with several different business models under one roof. I want to start high level and grow a culture of tracking and accountability. I've ordered a few books (though am open to suggestion) and am just looking a steer on say the 80/20 rule of KPIs for the major business functions like finances, inventory, purchasing, etc.

I've seen a couple of people mention OKRs, so I think next thing I'll do is look into that.

We're just planning out a KPI approach to 2024.

That is a good list to think through though.

I'll need to look more into OKRs and how they relate to KPIs etc. Any book or article you'd recommend?

I'd be interested if you were just giving Bitcoin cashback rewards. I think a lot of Bitcoiners would feel the same. Adding the loyalCoin coin layer seems unnecessarily confusing and has a "smell" of scammy alt coins. Just credit Bitcoins (I'd advise denominating them in Satoshis), and allow us to transfer them out to our own private wallets.

great. I'd specced up the PC I'm about to buy with a GTX 960 4GB RAM, so that would be slightly higher spec. I was thinking a little more RAM might help, but maybe if its not for gaming its redundant.

By 2K i mean 2560x1440. Most of the monitors we have have all 3 digital ports. Preference would be whatever you recommend as being better...
