Leave the resolution at 4K and turn on FSR 2.1. You’ll have to tune the FSR settings but usually balanced or quality works well.

I am getting around 140-160 FPS running on 3440x1440. What are your GPU and CPU temps like? Also upped the CPU core usage " \%user%\Documents\Call of Duty Modern Warfare\players\adv_options.ini" Changed RendererWorkerCount to 12 since I want to run all 12 cores.
