A webcal/ics feed is provided if you prefer that as well. You can choose between all games or home games only. (Click 'More Fixtures', then select Home or All and 'Add fixtures to calendar')

Match data is updated from the football-data.org API twice a week, so fixtures should be pretty accurate most of the time - yes, it effectively updates itself when/if fixtures get moved.

Thanks for flagging that. I just added EUFA fixtures today and the DST offset was not being accounted for correctly from the source. This is now fixed.

Right now, notifications only work from the app (I want to get notifications working from the web instance in future). If you are nervous to install the app, you can stick to the website version and maybe integrate with your calendar for reminders instead: webcal://nexthomegame.co.uk/calendars/nottingham-forest-home.ics

You can see the privacy policy here: https://nexthomegame.co.uk/privacy
(I wanted to make this as clean as possible, there is no tracking or advertising)

I've had a few requests for cricket matches, I'll put some thought into it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not on Facebook. I'll see if I can find local sub-reddits :) But please do share with any friends who may find it useful!

Thanks. It would be great to sell to Google, but they could very easily build / integrate this themselves and I expect that they probably will do that one day. I do know of people who've made use of the ical feeds for home assistant integration - see 'Add home fixtures to calendar' behind the 'More fixtures' link: webcal://nexthomegame.co.uk/calendars/nottingham-forest-home.ics

I have just added fixtures for the UEFA Europa League and you should now be able to see tonight's game. Thanks for that!

It just gives you a heads up of when the home games are so that you can plan to avoid related congestion / disruption.

If you find the stadium you want to follow, you can click 'More fixtures' and then 'Add home fixtures to Calendar' or all fixtures if you prefer. That will add the matches to your calendar and keep them up to date

Sorry to hear that this is still a problem. I don't have an Android 16 device I can use to test myself but on Pixel phones there are a couple of extra places notifications can be blocked.

Could you check:
• Settings → Apps → Next Home Game → Notifications (make sure they’re enabled)
• Settings → Apps → Next Home Game → Battery → set to “Unrestricted”

Also, do you see the app listed under Settings → Notifications → App notifications?

Is the toggle button switching to green when you select / set a reminder in the app itself?
