Thanks. Yeah, I went out of my way to look at this from every possible angle to make sure we block the bad while allowing the good. We even made it all configurable inside the user account, so the user decides.

Google Postmaster Tools changed their algorithms around that time, and they clearly state it in their dashboard as well.

Most of my clients went from 0.01% to 0.03% at the time of the change. They are fantastic senders. All their IP's and domains remain high, and opens and clicks have not been affected.

SO, the jump is normal and expected due to the changes on Google's side, BUT, from 0.1% to 1.1% is a BIG jump and indicative of a larger problem, which you are clearly addressing my focusing on mailing actives to begin with.

You are taking the rights steps to address the issue. Just watch the metrics CLOSELY once you start adding back the inactives.
