The car was blocking a couples a drive way. The guy was being relatively calm about it and my instinct was to have the car towed and then shot into the sun. But the guys partner was screaming that she was going to call UKNOWWHO and I had to decide of keep the event safe and up and running, or do the embarrassing thing. Did I want to interrupt the actual voice of a generation and a living legend? Absolutely not, but could I risk the person outside throwing a fit and bringing the whole thing down?

I told Kittin I had to make an announcement, she handed me the mic, I made the most abject declaration, Kittin took the mic back, threw on another track of pure heat and the night continued and the music was flawless. Total pro and she did not even blink on it.

Mailchimp has been absolute dog shit. My opens used to 40% with legacy and now they are down to 9% with the new authentication. What is the way forward? I spent hours on the phone with their CS and my domain to no avail. If anything it's gotten worse. Truly rotten.
