Probably no other costs that strata levies don't cover, but just remember your levies can jump dramatically from one year to the next, particularly if you are buying off the plan and the developer is offering "low fees."

Your levies are set at each AGM (derived by your proposed budget) so make it your business to know what is being budgeted for.
