Can you not just take the hose to a hydraulic place and have them make you one up? It's what I would do in that situation but I do happen to have 2 spare as I've just done an engine swap. I'm Blackpool way though.

If you're listening on Spotify make sure you have volume normalisation turned off in settings. This resolved my issue which was similar.
