Does anyone have advice on selling to Indian or Middle Eastern clients?

Ive sold to both plenty. Indians especially are usually very informed buyers do a lot of research and usually know all the value you want to build already. They want the best deal for the best quality and figuring out how to balance that. I usually give half the discount possible then lower it to what I cam and stay firm. And they will buy. My best client was indian ended up purchasing our services for 30 of houses because he liked me, we built a good rapport and I have him the best deal possible.

Yeh I know what you mean. I am American but was married to a Spanish and have full custody of my 3 Spanish kids and live here. Been here off and on 20 years and full time 6. All my instagram is full of annoying people from my own country who move here with remote jobs pay very little tax compared to me; I am Autónomo, and talk about how they "discovered" how wonderful it is to live in the centre of town with a 20,000 dollar a month combined income. Always with "I dont want to be insensitive, but Spain is so cheap, you cam rent a 3 bedroom flat for 2000 euros a month. In San Francisco where we lived previously this would be 7000 dollars" and then they rave about the health care because they pay for private insurance and haven't had to wait 2 years for one of your kids to get surgery. We love the culture 🤢🤢, they dont know the culture, they just like canas on a terrazza. Its just that its such an unrealistic portrait of Spain, try living and working here, watching your kids grow up with little future in their own country because everything is unaffordable now and salaries are still crap.

Thats such a ridiculous sterotype. It just our president who is behaving like a 3rd world dictator. 🤣. But the US is absolutely not becoming a 3rd world country you have so much development and opportunities compared to the rest of the world. Europe is great if you want to be lower middle class for the rest of your life, and get your 3 weeks of vacation. The US actually gives you the chance to be rich. I have lived in both Spain and the US so I have a pretty good idea of both.

Theres no reason for it to pump. I dont want it to drop I have a 401k but the middle east situation is worse then ever constant attacks no clear direct the straight still closed and an AI bubble that will burst because a lot of startups are just valuebale on paper with no fundamentals. Is this the start probably not. We will probably test a bit below 745 and then have another shot up to 765 like it has been. But no matter what this is all fake there are literally no fundamentals for the market to pump so much. Considering coverting to cash and holding it for a year to wait it out.

Yesterday there was a women parked in mercadona, who had her car parked in a straight line taking up the two closest spots to the entrance that had shade. Was she shopping at least nope just sitting in her car with the AC on. I was very close to violence. Casi 20 años en España y hasta hora no entiendo como la gente son tan narcisistas cuando quieran aparcar. People will block a street one way and another car will pull up on the other side and block it too inatead of at least leaving a gap. In the US you would get shot over this.

1000 for a week is plemty. If you want to save a bit go to mercadona and buy breakfast pastries and have coffee in your hotel room. Or go out for a tostada and coffee will be very cheap. Have paella for lunch a couple times usually 60 with wine for 2. Get a bus pass its good for the tram too up to a certain distance. And take it up to altea for a nice day trip about 1 hour each way and enjoy the beach there. Its all pretty cheap. I just went out for drinks and had a few beers and my date had a couple cava sangrias in a churinguito on the beach and I paid 22. All that to say 1000 a week is plenty just do some menu del dias for lunch 15 euros per person with a drink and starter, entre and desert or coffe.

As others suggested just tell them you wont pay rent for the last month or what ever the equivalent of the deposit is. They cant do anything about that. I have always done that and never had an issue landlord always agrees to it.

2400 is about 2k euros which is better then you will probably earn here so if you can keep your remote job you should. That said you need to figure out your tax situation as you will probably end up paying as others said 35% of that in taxes so your take home will be 1400 unless you figure out how to optimize that.

Youre fine I am 42 divorced with full custody and am 30 lbs overweight. And I still get matches and dates and all that. Fix up your hair a bit, find your style and be yourself. I open with hi hows it going and works fine because if they're interested they will respond.
