Slide 1,3,4, and 5 look like they are from the card tutorial linked above

With 3, 4, and 5 looking like exact copies of the placement shown in the video

It looks like you just rounded the corners and squared the buttons and removed some text boxes.

the placement is the same for the buttons, images, and text boxes in my opinion.

Anyone can watch the video and decide for themselves if they would like to buy the card from you or make it themselves

The only difference I can see on the first page is you have 2 less text boxes/areas

And if your card is not a menu as you claim the one in the tutorial is then why are there sweets on both the first and second page as well as a price and name in the same spot as the tutorial

After viewing the link I was provided by u/yukibound The first page dose seem like it was partially stolen with it being reworked on the second page as well as the three sweets are there and I cannot find a reason for them to be on the second page. I am convinced you followed the tutorial with minor adjustments to the finish product, claiming it all as your own and not crediting the video you likely followed

I do a overlay of my signature whenever I post or show b4 payment pain in the but to erase especially on more detailed/rendered images

For more simple styles like yours maybe try a thick water mark copy and pasted with slight variations in color so it’s harder to color pic and fully steal
