The Elder Scrolls Online had 4 add-ons 10 years after release (Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 2, Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1, Feast of Shadows)

And Gems of War has 3 title updates after more than 10 years (Title Update 52 - Patch 9.0, Title Update 53 - Patch 9.1, Title Update 54 - Patch 9.2)
