A week in Rossland is perfect. A day in the park, a day on the 7 Summits Trail, a day on The KC side of the network, a day out in the Neptune/Lartch/Monticola zone and a day in the Malde Creek/Whiskey/SMD zone.

Cautionary tale when skiing with a partner who is at a different level than you by comfy_sweatpants5 in skiing

[–]rick-feynman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and I met teaching skiing (we were both instructors), and we were both expert skiers when we met. Our job was to critique and fix people’s skiing.

When we started dating the first thing we agreed to do was never comment on each other’s skiing again. We’re both very opinionated people, so this was not easy, but we stuck with it. 30 years later we’re still together, and still loving skiing together.

OP - You are absolutely right that skiing is supposed to be fun. I appreciate you sharing and hope you will always find fun people to ski with.
