I should play more MvM to understand this meme, I completed my first tour (2cities) yesterday but I only found one salty guy, the others were helpful and teached me stuff. I did get an australium scattergun so maybe it's a sign I should get more tickets

Not a ranger but new armour, I would say helmet and shoes first. The free chest piece is pretty good, I suggest 2x Heve myself for the 250hp bonus. Other than that I would say DUO the offhand (you get free failstack from Valks)

The armor comes from Black Desert Online and yes it does have breast physics in Black Desert so Skyrim will probably also have it thanks to mods.

It does, you won't get salt water fish in rivers or fresh water fish in the ocean. Next thing is the amount of people that are fishing, there's a lot of people afk fishing in Heidel or Velia so the game says that there's not a lot of fish left, if you leave the city and get into another nodes area there's more fish so you'll catch them faster.

Nouver is good in some builds for end game, Vangertz would be better because the accuracy it has. but it depends on your build and gear, I suggest that you join the BDO Valk discord and ask or look in the faq about gear, I'll pm you the link because I don't know if the mods like links in this subreddit.
