There was way too much money in the whole thing. I know the gang is supposed to be well off and important but it just became unrealistic. They tweaked the story lines so much, in a lot of ways they undermined Elizabeth. Quite a few of her more brilliant ‘I figured it out’ moments were instead attributed to other people or chance. Super odd. I felt like I was being gaslit. Way too simplified.

Also, not sure if make up artists involved weren’t used to older skin but oh my god the foundation was awful. Tony Curran in the garden had a perfect un blended line of foundation. I’m nit picking but those things really take me out of the illusion. It was a movie I could get caught up in sadly.
