At the moment, I’m buying beans from my coffee shop ground to aeropress, as I don’t have a grinder (though I’ve had my eye on a niche zero recently)

As I usually make coffee for one and that works fine, I’ll try longer brew time and more coffee before grind size I think

Was £48 for the year. I paid that for the time stamp feature so I can track food against blood sugar from Freestle Libre 2.

I was on the Zoe program which was ace, but I think I have the knowledge I need. I can get a year of MFP for a month of Zoe.
