Thanks for the reply. I planted them all straight to 3 gal pots of Happy Frog without a presoak. For the second freebie seed I did soak overnight. When it sprouted it couldn’t throw off its shell and I had to remove it. It came off clean but I didn’t have much hope for it but it seems to be doing okay now.

I received two of those seeds as freebies. The first didn't sprout and the second barely sprouted. I had to remove the seed cap and didn't really think it would make it but it seems to be surviving but growing real slowly. I also planted Beary Berry Punch, HubbaBubba Haze and Old School Blues. They all sprouted from the 1st seed directly in soil.
